What best advice would you share with business owners in Southern Illinois?
Build a team and plan ahead. We work with small businesses to develop short- and long-term goals. These goals allow them to have staffing or financing in place prior to the need. Trying to hire or obtain financing when the need arises may not yield the best result. Seeing needs months in advance allows a small business the necessary time to make the best business decision to promote its growth. A good team, along with their lawyer, banker, accountant and financial advisor, can help create the strategy for success that a small business wants and needs.
